A Cosy Nook

We’d love to cosy up with a good picture book and float off to dream town in this charming Moon Cradle from Crème Anglaise...

A beautiful children’s homewares brand from France, Crème Anglaise has a gorgeous rustic charm that makes any room feel instantly warmer and more homely. The store was started in 2008 when owner Emilie was waiting for the arrival of her little boy Mael.

Emilie began by creating a simple plush guitar, but it quickly escalated into an obsession whereby everything in little Mael’s nursery needed to look cute and cosy.

A few years later, Emilie now spends her days in the South of France with her furniture maker husband creating a beautiful range of cushions, mobiles, musical boxes and wooden furniture for the world to enjoy. Oh how we can dream!

Everything in the Crème Anglaise store is made by hand with loads of passion. The team are even open to creating bespoke pieces if you have something particular in mind. Check out the Crème Anglaise website for more information.

A Trip to the Moon

When traveling to the moon, it’s important to look fabulous as you never know who you might bump into. We’ve been doing a lot of thinking and the cosy range from LalaKa is perfect for an adventure out of this stratosphere...

The chunky knits with adorable colours and finishes will ensure you look cute as a button as you moonwalk your way through the galaxy.

From all reports it is very cold up there on the moon, so you will need to be winter ready. But luckily the LalaKa range has something to keep every part of your body warm.

Bulgaria’s Nora Docheva is the designer and owner of LalaKa, an Etsy store filled with tons of kids’ clothes that are not only gorgeous, but also extremely reasonable in price.

As well as children’s clothing, LalaKa also sells a range of gorgeous crocheted cushions, baby mobiles, garlands and blankets, perfect to keep little folk happy and warm.

Tocotó Vintage

Tocotó Vintage is a Spanish fashion brand that creates gorgeous vintage inspired clothes for babies up to 24 months… including some of the most exquisite ballerina shoes and booties we’ve ever seen...

Combining dusty colours with a harmonious combination of hoods and lace edgings, Tocoto Vintage has produced a collection of garments which are nostalgic and romantic.

Designer, Marta Navarro, gets a lot of her inspiration from vintage fabrics and garments recovered from antique markets during her many travels. Just like her vintage discoveries, everything in her own range has a story to tell.

“Tocotó Vintage comes from my love for my children, my love for the sea and my small island of Formentera” says Navarro.

The Tocotó Vintage collection has an effortless flow of style made with fine fabrics and creamy textures.

But at the same time, its highly evident that such meticulous care has been taken to perfect all the delicate trims and finishes, meaning the range also has a special-occasion feel to it.

Visit the Tocotó Vintage website to check out the full range.

The High Seas

Ahoy! We have fallen overboard for this High Seas romper from Winter Water Factory. Bold, fun and brilliantly boyish, a print doesn’t get much better than this for a nautically inclined bub. If you stare long enough, we think you might just see the waves start to surge and hear the captain start to bellow.

In Bed With Fred

In Bed With Fred is a gorgeous Australian brand creating stunning nursery linen for the modern child. The brand was created by three clever mamas, Alex, Erica and Jacinda, who were fed up with the rather limiting and drab options when it came to linen for kids...

"Let's drench our children's rooms in colour with clean, modern designs....let's steer clear of cliché baby colour schemes and themes... let's create a linen range for our children that is sophisticated yet so fun and friendly that it would be loved by babies, children and adults alike"

Amen to that! This fresh, modern and marine inspired range was designed in Australia by Kimmy Hogan and manufactured in India with high quality linens. Each set comes with a pillow case and a cozy quilt that is reversible, meaning you will never get sick of the design you choose.

Visit the In Bed With Fred website for more information.

Sleep Tight

Make bedtime a little more exiting with the promise of snuggling down into the jaws of a Baby Bites big, friendly whale...

Baby Bites are a new catch of sleeping bags for kids that are hand crafted with loads or care and oodles of imagination. Each bag is made with 100% cotton making them soft, breathable and super cozy for little ones wanting to snuggle up for story time.

Take your pick from a range of ocean-dwelling creatures including a killer whale, a grey shark or a toothy green fish. Each comes with a floppy tail, large pectoral fin and a gapping zippered mouth. Perfect for gobbling up tired toddlers who are ready to slumber.

It’s clear that the creators of Baby Bites, Sofia and Andrea, are original thinkers. They aim to weave in a degree of playfulness and originality to basic, everyday products like sleeping bags. And haven’t they done just that? We will never look at a sleeping bag the same again after seeing these fun designs.

Sleep tight, don’t let the sleeping bags bite!
