Terms & Conditions

  1. Scratch & Win Tickets are not guaranteed to all customers. For those customers who have received one during the promotion window from 7pm NZST November 24th until midnight NZST November 28th, you are eligible for the prize listed on the back side of your card.

  2. Each card will have a promotional code which can be used once only.

  3. No other codes can be used in conjunction with the gift code on the scratch and win card, including the Little Gatherer 'welcome code'. Sorry for any inconvenience.

  4. Codes are only eligible to be used with in-stock and full-priced items.

  5. The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  6. Please note that there is a minimum spend for the dollar off vouchers as listed: $10 voucher minimum spend is $75 | $20 voucher - minimum spend $100 | $50 voucher minimum spend $250

  7. There is no minimum spend for the free gift, 15% off discount code, or the $100, $150, and $200 vouchers. 

  8. 15% off discount code cannot be used on drop shipped items - Banwood Bikes, Solvej Swings, Kinderfeets, and Trybike. 

  9. Discount codes expire on the 24/12/24. 

  10. Please note that items that are drop shipped directly from the supplier and not from the Little Gatherer warehouse will not receive a scratch card included in their order. 

  11. Little Gatherer reserves the right to cancel or amend the voucher terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the promotion will be notified to customers as soon as possible.

  12. Little Gatherer’s decision in respect of all matters related to the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  13. The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by NZ law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
